Privacy Policy
Effective 17 September 2026 · Sixty Seconds Ltd
1. Who we are
Sixty Seconds Ltd ("Sixty Seconds", "we", "us") is a company registered in the United Kingdom. We provide AI-powered sales, video and marketing services through this website (sixtyseconds.ai), sixtyseconds.video, use60.com and related landing pages we operate.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly - when you fill in a contact, demo-request or lead form: typically your name, email address, company and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically - when you visit our sites: device and browser information, pages viewed, and where your visit came from. If you arrive from an online advertisement, the URL may include a click identifier (such as a Google click ID) and the search term or campaign that brought you here, which we store alongside any form you submit.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and our services are directed at businesses.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you asked about.
- To operate, secure and improve our websites.
- To measure whether our marketing works: if you contacted us after clicking an advert, we record which advert, and if you later become a customer we may report that outcome to the advertising platform so it can measure results. When we do this with Google Ads, your email address is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before it is sent, in accordance with Google’s customer data policies.
- To send you relevant information about our services where you have asked for it or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting your business. You can opt out at any time.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract (or steps you ask us to take before one), legitimate interests (running and promoting our business, measuring our advertising), and consent where required.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data for money. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including: cloud hosting and storage (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Railway), communication tools (e.g. Slack, email providers), our CRM, and marketing automation (Encharge).
If you allow marketing measurement in the cookie banner, we also share limited information with advertising platforms (Google and Meta) so they can tell us which advert led to a visit and build advertising audiences. Some laws — California’s in particular — treat that kind of advertising-related sharing as a “sale” or “share” even though no money changes hands. If you refuse in the banner, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of it happens: the advertising tags are never loaded at all. See section 9.
Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above: enquiry and lead records for as long as the relationship is active or reasonably prospective, and accounting records for the periods UK law requires. Data we no longer need is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Nothing that measures you runs until you choose. Two things measure by default, and neither sets anything on your device or identifies you: our page counter (Plausible), which is cookieless, and a record of which call-to-action buttons get clicked, so we know which parts of the site are working. The click record stores nothing in your browser and carries no name, email or advertising identifier. Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel are loaded only after you allow marketing measurement in the cookie banner — until then, and if you refuse, those tags are never added to the page, so nothing is stored and nothing is sent to them. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, and withdrawing works immediately: the cookies those tags set are deleted straight away. Advertising click identifiers (such as a Google click ID) may also be read from the page URL. Our demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot-detection service; its handling of data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. You can additionally control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always at this address, with the effective date below. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
9. Global Privacy Control and California
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing measurement on every page, automatically. You do not need to do anything else, and we do not show you the cookie banner. If you would rather allow measurement despite the signal, you can say so through the "Cookie preferences" link.
California residents: to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, we do not sell your personal information for money, and the only sharing that could count as a “sale” or “share” under that Act is the advertising measurement described in section 4 — which never happens unless you opt in. Refusing in the cookie banner, or sending Global Privacy Control, is how you opt out, and it is honoured for every visit. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. You can also email [email protected] to ask what we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, or to opt out, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
