Terms of Service
Effective 10 August 2026 · Sixty Seconds Ltd
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the websites operated by Sixty Seconds Ltd ("Sixty Seconds", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom — including sixtyseconds.ai, sixtyseconds.video, use60.com and landing pages we operate — and any content, demos and materials on them.
Paid services, platform subscriptions and client engagements are governed by the separate agreement, statement of work or order form entered into for that engagement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the engagement documents win.
2. Using our sites
You may browse our sites and use the forms and demos for their intended purpose: learning about and engaging our services. You agree not to misuse the sites — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at volumes that degrade service, submitting forms with false identities, or using the sites for anything unlawful.
Our sites are directed at businesses. We may suspend or withdraw any part of the sites at any time without notice.
3. Content and intellectual property
All content on our sites — text, designs, video, logos, software and demo materials — belongs to Sixty Seconds Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share links to it; you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Case studies, client names and testimonials are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Information on the sites
Content on our sites is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional advice, and while we keep it accurate, we make no guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Performance figures and case-study results describe specific past engagements and are not a promise of your results.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, our sites are provided "as is": to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the sites or reliance on their content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data. Liability under any paid engagement is dealt with in that engagement's agreement.
6. Links and third-party services
Our sites link to third-party sites and embed third-party services (for example video hosting and scheduling tools). We are not responsible for their content or their terms — check them where relevant.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at sixtyseconds.ai/privacy-policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at this address with the effective date below. Continued use of the sites after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
